On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the genocide against Serbian, Jewish and Romani people, an exhibition of portraits was prepared in memory of the victims of the Ustasha crime of genocide in the system of the Jasenovac concentration camp. The authors of the exhibition diligently collected photographs of the victims, in order to complete the mosaic of the suffering of Serbs, Jews and Roma during the Independent State of Croatia. With the artist’s brush, the portraits of the camp inmates took on a new dimension, in order to tear their lives and destinies from oblivion. Exhibition is open until the end of the year.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by the director of the Museum of Republic Srpska Davor Strika, the director of the Public library Kozarska Dubica Danijela Balaban and students of the elementary school Maslovare.
